Using the Fleet View

The Hardware Fleet page is a live table of every device you manage – status, environment readings, and quick actions, all in one place, updating in real time without needing to refresh the page.

Reading the Table

Each row shows:

  • Attached Asset – the display type/model, plus the Radar Node ID underneath.
  • Client – which organization owns this device (or Waiting Room if it hasn’t been assigned to one yet).
  • Physical Location – location and room/zone, as set on the device’s own record.
  • Node – whether the Radar Node itself is online, based on recent telemetry, not a fixed status flag. A Maint badge appears if the device is currently inside a Maintenance Window (see Alert Rules and Notifications), and an Anomaly badge appears if unusual behavior has been detected recently.
  • Product – whether the attached projector/display itself is actually confirmed on:
    • Connected – the Node is online and the product is reporting real data.
    • Standby – the Node is online, but the product itself reports being powered down.
    • No Data – the Node is online, but nothing from RS232 or PJLink has come through yet.
    • — – the Node itself is offline, so there’s nothing to report.
  • Webcam – for devices with the camera feature enabled: Connected (recent snapshot), Stale (hasn’t uploaded recently), or No Snapshot (enabled but nothing received yet). Blank if the feature isn’t enabled on that device.
  • Thermal Load / Humidity – the latest environmental readings, where available.

Finding a Device

Use the search box to filter by asset type, model, Node ID, or location, and the client dropdown to narrow the list to one organization.

Per-Device Actions

Each row has quick actions on the right:

  • Reboot Node (circular arrow icon) – restarts the Radar Node itself, not the attached display.
  • Send Remote Command (terminal icon) – opens the Remote Command panel for that one device: Power On/Off, Mute/Unmute, or any command specific to that device’s protocol.
  • Diagnostics – jumps to that device’s full deep-dive page (live readings, history, fault log, custom widgets).

Bulk Actions

Select multiple devices using the checkboxes on the left (or the header checkbox to select every currently visible row) to bring up the bulk action bar at the bottom of the screen:

  • Reassign Org – move every selected device to a different client organization (or back to the Waiting Room) in one action.
  • Send Command – send the same command (Reboot, Power On/Off, set Brightness, Mute/Unmute, or Reconfigure Wi-Fi) to every selected device at once.

Bulk selection and actions aren’t available on a Client account – see User Roles and Access Control for what each role can do here.
