Managing your Clients

If you’re a system integrator, the My Clients page is where you set up and manage the customer organizations under your own account – separate from your own fleet, with their own contact details, their own users, and their own view of only the devices that belong to them.

Adding a Client Organization

  1. Go to My Clients.
  2. Click Add Client above the Client Organizations table.
  3. Enter the organization’s name, and optionally a contact email and phone number.
  4. Click Create Client.

The new client appears in your list immediately, ready to have devices assigned to it and users created for it.

Editing a Client

Click Edit next to any client to update its name or contact details. This is also where you set Local Device Access – the username and password used to log in to that client’s devices’ local Wi-Fi settings pages (see the Connecting Your Axion Displays Radar Node to Wi-Fi guide). Until you set your own here, that client’s devices fall back to the default installer credentials – a note on the Edit screen tells you when that’s still the case.

Removing a Client

Click the trash icon next to a client to delete it. This can’t be undone, so double-check you have the right organization before confirming.

Provisioning Users

Under the Users section:

  1. Click Provision New User.
  2. Enter their full name, email, and a starting password.
  3. Choose a Role:
    • Client – day-to-day access scoped to their own organization’s devices.
    • Integrator – broader access, similar to your own account.
  4. Choose which Organization they belong to – your own, or one of your clients.
  5. Click Provision User.

Use Edit on any existing user to change their name, email, role, organization, or reset their password (leave the password field blank to keep their current one). Delete removes a user permanently – you can’t delete your own account from here.

Assigning Devices to a Client

Adding a client organization here doesn’t move any devices on its own – assign a device to it from Device Management by editing the device and choosing that client from the organization dropdown. Once assigned, that client’s users only see their own devices throughout the dashboard.

What a Client Sees

A user with the Client role sees a scoped-down version of the dashboard: their own devices, alerts, and logs – never your other clients’ data, and never fleet-wide settings that belong to you as the integrator.
