The page draws your entire deployment as a tree – every client organization, every location, and every device underneath it – so you can see the shape of your whole fleet at a glance instead of scrolling through a table.
Reading the Map
The tree has three levels: Organization → Location → Device. Each location branch shows an aggregate status color reflecting the worst thing happening underneath it – if any device at that location is offline, the whole branch shows offline, even if the others are fine.
- Click any branch to expand or collapse it.
- Unfold Online expands every location branch that’s fully healthy.
- Unfold Offline expands every location branch with something that needs attention – offline or warning – so problem spots surface immediately without manually clicking through a large tree.
- Recenter Map fits the whole current view back on screen – useful after zooming or panning around.

Scroll to zoom, and click-and-drag to pan around a large tree. Hover over any device node for a quick status tooltip.
