The page is where you assign Radar Nodes to clients, and keep every device’s details, connection settings, and service history up to date. This page is available to integrator accounts – it isn’t visible to client accounts.
Getting a New Node
New physical Nodes are provisioned by Axion Displays before they’re shipped to you. Once a Node arrives and is powered on, it sits unassigned in the Waiting Room until you assign it to a client – see Editing a Device below. If a Node isn’t showing up yet, contact Axion Displays support.
Editing a Device
Click Edit next to any device to open , split into three tabs:
Details
- Client / Tenant Assignment – which organization owns this device. Leave it unassigned to keep it in the Waiting Room.
- Display Asset Type & Model – Projector, LED Wall, LCD Display, or Server/Rack, plus the specific model number.
- RS232 Protocol / Product – which command protocol this device uses to control its attached hardware. Manage the available protocols themselves from the page.
- Physical Location, Room / Zone, and Timezone – where the device physically lives, and what timezone its own schedules and logs should use.
- Serial Number, Install Date, and Warranty Expiry – asset-tracking details.
API Key
- Webcam Enabled – turns on the optional camera snapshot feature for devices with a camera attached. See Adding a Webcam. If it appears locked, contact Axion Displays – this device needs a one-time setup step first.
- PJLink Connection – the projector’s own network IP address, port, and password, for devices controlled over PJLink instead of (or alongside) RS232. See Using PJLink.
Device authentication and remote-management setup are handled by Axion Displays behind the scenes – nothing to configure here.
Maintenance
A running log of service history for this specific device – record inspections, repairs, cleanings, firmware updates, and replacements, each with a date, technician name, and notes. This is a record of physical work done, separate from the automatic system logs Radar generates on its own.
Renaming or Deleting a Device
Both are handled by Axion Displays – contact support if a device needs to be renamed or permanently removed.
Local Device Access
The panel on this page sets the login used to open the network-agent Wi-Fi settings page on your own organization’s devices – the same idea as the credentials you set per-client from , just scoped to devices that belong directly to you rather than to a client. See the Connecting Your Radar Node to Wi-Fi guide for what this page is used for.
Recent Remote Commands
At the bottom of the page, the table shows a live audit trail of every command sent across your fleet – what was sent, to which device, by whom, and whether it succeeded. Useful for confirming a scheduled or manual command actually went through.
Finding a Device Quickly
Use the search box to filter by asset type, model, serial number, or Node ID, and the client dropdown to narrow the list down to one organization.
