The Media Library (File Management)

Pilot uses a centralized media library. This means you upload a background video or logo once, and you can reuse it across hundreds of different posts without duplicating storage.

Uploading & Managing Files

1. Click Media Library in the sidebar.
2. Click Upload Asset and select your Image (.jpg, .png, etc.) or Video (.mp4, .webm).
3. Keep an eye on your Storage Usage bar at the top of the screen.
4. Best Practice: Always compress your videos (keep them under 10MB if possible) to ensure lightning-fast playback on your TVs.
